Maestro Ilaiyaraaja is said to have consented to form music for a forthcoming film titled as Kalathur Gramam after he was obviously awed by the film’s content.
Charan K. Advaitan is the debutant director of the film who has additionally penned the story, screenplay and dialogues. A. Ramamurthy of ‘A.R. Motion picture Paradise’ has produced the film which has Kishore attempting the lead part as the content’s legend. Sandalwood’s Yagna Shetty assumes the lead part inverse Kishore. Suleel Kumar, Ajay Ratnam, Dheeraj and Gini Mahadevayya assume noticeable parts in the film.
“It’s an account of a disregarded town which is conned by the nearby police. The content is about the general population’s challenges in influencing the police to see and act as per the truth. Kalathur Village on Tamil Nadu’s fringe with Andhra Pradesh is the film’s scenery. We asked for Ilaiyaraaja Sir to score the music to which he conceded to one condition that the content ought to be recorded in a similar way in which it was described to him.
“Maestro has demonstrated incredible association and made three melodies in the film, one of which has been penned by Ilaiyaraaja himself,” Advaitan illuminates.
