Performing artist-producer and leader of the Tamil Film Producers’ Council (TFPC) Vishal has asked theaters and multiplexes over the State not to gather stopping expense for two and four-wheelers from today and just to gather ticket toll as stipulated by the Govt.
“From today (Saturday) onwards, no theater or multiplex in Chennai and somewhere else in the State would gather online reservation charge or stopping expense in theaters from two and four-wheelers. Theaters should charge ticket passages just on the premise of bearings passed and as controlled by the State Govt. in such manner.
“Cost of eatables in theaters ought to be directed and ‘Amma’ drinking water jugs ought to be sold perpetually in all theaters. Individuals ought to likewise be permitted to bring drinking water from their particular homes into theaters.
“Vehicle stopping expense and online reservation charge is scratched off forthwith and theaters not following this would need to confront strict action,” a report issued by the Council said yesterday.
